Timeline: (Source: As created by the author)Figure 1: Gantt chart My learning: I believe conducting the research process will help me to gain in-depth knowledge about the research topic. Since, for successful completion of the study, I will have to go through several theories and concepts relevant to the research topic. Hence, I have to identify the best possible concept and theories that can able to help me to enhance the essence of the study. However, I think the data collection from several respondents is probably the most interesting part of the study. Since, it will allow me to gain different perspective of the research topic. However, I do believe that completing the entire research work within the timeframe is probably the most challenging aspect of conducting a research study. As leadership is a vast topic, it requires a greater timeframe. However, I do have to complete the entire research work within the limited time. I also think that many students will found business research as a very difficult and overwhelming task, as it demands multitasking skill s from the researcher. Therefore, if any student fails to perform several tasks appropriately, he/she might not able to fulfill the objective of the study. References: BarÄ iĆ¡, A. P., Motik, D., Oblak, L., Vlosky, R.
